At the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gwin, in Barkley township, last Friday, a very pleasant surprise was held at the noon hour when the neighbors!) egan to come in, and In a short time the house was well filled with friends, and a beautiful six course dinner was served, to which all Sid ample justice. 'The afternoon was spent In music and games and In the evening they all departed for their homes wishing Wayne and his good wife many more such happy occasions in their new home In South Dakota, to which state they will soon remove.
