Win One--Lose One

The Rensselaer girls swamped the Brookston damsels at that dace in a basket ball game Friday night. Coen, Hnhl and Thomas threw baskets so fast that the score ceeper lost count and guessed the score at 45 to 4. The boys game was marked by brilliant splaying on both sides. Meyers, Huxford and Woodworth were in stellar rolls for Rensselaer, and Ball and Mclntosh figured largely in the result in favor of Brookston. Rensselaer should have wou the boys’ game too, but put in Gundy, ' iepner and Seagrist, all snbstitate players, in the first half, and ] irookston finished the half in the ead 16 to 7. The second half Irookston only scored 4 points an Rensselaer 12. but this made our boys two points short of victory. Several rooters accompained the team and excellent treatment was accorded all.
