Henry W. Marshall Vindicated.

The Republican was one of the first papers in the district to assert its confidence in District Chairman Henry W. Marshall, when he wa-. indicted by a Marion county graud j ary in connection with the ludt anapolis paying contract frauds, and it is gratifying to know that our belief in him was not misplaced, for Monday of this week Alt of the indictments against him wore nolle prossed. Mr. Marshall never lost the tboro confidence of his man y friends in tbe tenth district, all of whom from the first contended that a fair investigation would vindi cate him. It was tbe democratic newspapeis that houled the loudest, and it was an efiort in Indianapolis to discredit him.
