Miss Lai of Rensselaer visited with the families of Mrs. Moore and Mrs. Moffitt Suuday. Harley Speace visited his brother Noah Speace last week. Born to Mr. and Mrs. Warren Z filers Suuday Feb. 2d a boy. Frank McKay and Guy Porter started for Illinois Monday morning. Uncle Billy Hurley is quite sick again. Mr. Lee Kessler was quite seriously hurt a few days ago. He had 1 itched his horse to the wagon and was expecting -to haul wood j but went to the depot and his horse got frightened and thru him out of tbe wagon. His collar boue was broken aud it was feared his i skull was fractured and several other imuor injuries. He isj re ! ported better at this writiug. Lem Hampton and family spent j last week in Chicago, and Fred j McKay played “Robinsou Crusoe” and stayed on the ranch to take care of tbe stock Frank Goff has moved his family into the Jim Cox property. Mary Dodge visited last week in LaCroese with ber sister Mrs. J. Eight Rev. Law will fill his usual ap pointment at the M. E. chnrch next Sunday at 3 o’clock p. m. All are in cited to attend. Mias Susie Trapp has returned home in Medairyville after a stay here of two or three weeks. JMys. DeesieKillgore and daughter are visiting relatives in Fair Oaks for a few weeks.
