Leather-man, Auditor of said County, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and complete list of all the lauds and town lots returned delinquent by the Treasurer of said County, for non-payment of taxes due thereon, for the year 1906, and former years with penaltrea thereon, together with the tax for the current year, 1907, and the costs of advertising, so Far ae the same are liable to be sold for taxes as shown by the return of said Treasurer and notice is hereby given that as much of said land and town lots as may be neoessary to discharge and pay the taxes, penalties and coats, due thereon, or due from the owners thereof at the time of sale, will be seld at publio auction at the Court House door, in Rensselaer, Indiana, on the second Monday in February, being the 10th day of February, A.
