Roy Willey was in Rensselaer Sunday. I Mrs. Simon Hochstettler is very low with dropsy. Jack Brown made a business trip to Lafayette last Sacnrday. Ben Constable and wife were visitiDg Wilbur Hart Sunday. Services at the M. E. church Sat urday evening by Rev. Ballard. Geo. Lynch has installed! an oven and will hereafter do his own baking. Mr. and Mrs. Jessie Vestal of Barkley tp , were visiting here Sunday. Henry Carr of Washington is visitiDg hissint rs, Mrs. Seward and Mrs. Sanderson. The infant child of Chas. Brown died of measles last Friday night. It was buried at North Star ceme iery Sunday. A.n entertainment was given the young people at Mike Nagle’s Sat urday evening. All iu attendance report a good time. Mr and Mrs. Geo. Hart were over from Sheldon, 111. They will soon go to Olney, 111., where they have bought a restaurant. The Misses Genevieve and Delta Fahl returned to their home at Wolf Lake, Ind., Tuesday. They have been visiting W. A. Lyons and family.
