Busy Docket In Newton.

Judge Hauley and Court Stenographer Sigler went to Kentlaud today to re open the Newton circuit court, which will a busy session the closing two weeks of the term. This week is being tried the cutting scrape of the two Elijahs, Arch and Orin, who last fall almost killed Tom Dowling, near Morocco.
