Leatherman, Auditor of said County, do hereby certify that the foregoing Is a true and complete list of all the lands and town lota returned delinquent by the Treasurer of said County, for non-paymeut of taxes due thereon, for the year 1906, and former years with penalties thereon, together with tha tax for the current year, 1907, and the costa of advertising, so far as the same are liable to be sold for taxes as shown by’ the return of said Treasurer and notioe is hereby given that as much of said land and town lots as may be necessary to discharge and pay the taxes, penalties and costs, due thereon, or due from the owners thereof at the time of sale, will be said at pubHo auction at the Ceurt House door, In Rensselaer, Indiana, on the second Monday in February, being the 10th day of February, A.
