Goodrich Admits Naval Defects.

In a Chicago Interview, Rear Admiral Goodrich, commander of the New York navy yard, said that Henry Reuterdahl knew what be was talking about in th* article pointing out defect* in the American navy. The admiral added that he too had expressed similar views to ths Secretary of the Navy.
