Greetings From Rev. Tucker.
Rev. D. A. Tucker, of Aurora, lowa, and formerly pastor of the Rensselaer Free Will Baptist church remembered the Republican in sending oat a new year's greeting card. It contains his picture and below it the following greeting: “Daak Friend: , Steadily the rising and falling of the tide marks off our days and numbers them into years. Again it creeps over the sands of life’s lengthening coast, and Boon shall sweep os out to sea upon a New Year’s Voyage. With all my heart I bid you ‘Godspeed.’ “Whatever a brother’s fellowship, a friend’s comradeship and a pastor’s sincere devotion can do, 1 shall seek to do, to make yonr voyage rich in blessing. Sincerely yours, D. A. Tucker, Pastor F. B. Church, New Year 1908. Aurora, lowa.”
