Senators and Representatives, many whose possessions' run up into the millions »f dollars, are telling humorous tales of luancial embarrassment during the recent money stringency, “Just before coining to Washington,” laid Representative Lowden of Illinois, Dno of the wealthy men of the State, “I iropped into my favorite restaurant for luncheon.
