Patrick Courtney Again In the Toils.

Charged with stealing a set of harness, Patrick Conrtney, of Brook, was arrested Monday, and is held in the Jasper county jail pending his trial by the Newton circuit court. Some time ago Courtney was held for an alleged crimnal assault but was not proven guilty.
