To Whom it may Concern: ’ Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, that cm the 1 tth day of December, 1907, they approved an assessment roll showing the prima facie assessments for the following described public improvement as authorized by the Improvement Resolution passed on the 13th day of May, 1907,10-wit: The improvement of Division street from the intersection of Division Street with Washington street northerly to the northerly end of Division Street, and Maine Street from it’s commencement at the northerly end of Division Street “ north to the northerly line of the right-of-way of The Chicago, Indianapolis & Louisville Railway Company. Said improvement is intersected by the following named streets and alleys: Cornelia street, Angelica street. Susan street, Elm street, Vine street, Cherry street, Plum street. Cedar street, Franklin street, an alley in block 32 in Weston’s addition to laid city, an alley in block 31 in Weston’s addition to said city, and an alley in block 36 in Weston's addition to said city; and the following named streets are parallel with said improvement, Dayton Street, Weston Streetand Franklin street.
