Common Law to Catch Trust.

Attorney General Dickson of Colorado is the latest convert to the theory that the common law is sufficient to abate the trust evil. He has begun action therion against the State combination of grocers and coal dealers, which have boosted the prices of food and fuel until the public is wild to dovyu them by fair means or otherwise. If the case is proved, showing secret and monopolistic practices, an injunction is to follow, the violation of which will be punishable with fine or imprisonment or both. Dickson, io supporting the Railroad Commission law before the State Supreme Court, charges the opposition with adding fuel to the flAmes of popular passion which would surely result in confiscatory legislation later on.
