MONNETT DEED CAUSES SUIT

Fletcher Monuett, by his attorneys, Foltz & Spi tier, ban begun in action in the Jasper Circuit Court to set aside the deed recently given by his sister, Cordelia P. Monnett, to the Chicago Training School for Deaconesses. The case is set for the seventh day of the February term. It will involve the transfer of both the town property and the 1003 acresin Newton tp. The complaint alleges that Mias Monnett is a woman of unsound mind and incapable of maoaging her businessaffairs, asks the appointment of a guardian and that the deed be set aside.
