This popular ladies*'Voting election will be conducted on business principles and with strict impartiality to all. The voting will be by ballots clipped from this publication—and by certificates —issued with receipts for subscriptions to this paper. . Ballots clipped from this paper will count io votes each for the candidates named thereon. Ballots clipped from this publication will be accepted and counted only when properly filled out received at this office within one week of date of issue. Any person may vote as many times as they have coupons. In sending more than one coupon they must be fastened together in bundles and labeled with the number of votes which they aggregate. Coupons rolled un will not be accepted. The name of each candidate must be carefully written on each ceupcm. Ballots or Voting certificates once received and admitted to the count cannot be transferred pnder any circumstances. Ladies in this and adjoining counties are eligible to enter this popular election and the candidate Motiving the highest number of votes will be awarded the Piano. Instructions. —Results as to standing of votes will be issued in each publication of the paper in which the election is being conducted.
