Gov. Folk made an addrebs at the opening of the Miners’ Congress at Joplin, Mo. The Aero Clnb of New England was organised at Boston with thirty-seven members. The interior of the Albert Theater at Berlin, ,N. H., was burned out. The loss is SIOO,OOO. The necessity of a Department of Mines in the national cabinet was urged at tha Miners’ Congress at Joplin, Mo.
