The Oregon and Washington Lumber Manufacturers’ Association has filed with the Interstate Commerce Commission a complaint against nearly all the transcontinental railroads, charging the fixing and increasing of rates on forest products; that on Nov. 1 the rates were advanced 8 cents a hundred without legitimate reason.
