Judge McPherson in the United States Circuit Court in Kansas City dissolved the injunction recently granted to local theatrical managers prohibiting count/ officials from closing the theaters on Sun days. Judge McPherson asserts that he has no jurisdiction. The decision is farreaching in that it practically seels the fate of all Sunday amusements in Hannas City. Town of Cody Nearly Wiped Out. Meager advices received from Cody, Wyo., state that all of the business district of the town was destroyed by fire early Friday. This information was imparted by the telephone operator at Cody.
