Deconnesses Instition her residence property but all her real estate in Jasper county, including all town property and 1,063 acres of land west of Bensselaer. The consideration named in the deal is sl, and no arrangement is provided for Miss Monnett’s care. A reasonable estimate of the value of the property deeded would he $60,000.
