Walter Golden, Wesley Price, John Clouse and wife were Rensse laer callers from this vicinity last Saturday. ~ Henry Hayes and John Stewart have returned from their trip in 87 Dak. They see mrd wel I p t ea-ed with the country, and each rented a place with the intention of moving there in the spring. . Walter Golden, Verne and Lewis Davisson, George and Will Stewart, Grant Davisson and wife, Minnie and Alvina Ritter, Agnes and Clara Stewart and Frances Davisson were entertained by John Clouse’s graph ophone Saturday night. Julius Schultz, wife and daughter, and Mrs. Isles visited at the Ritter home Sunday evening. Minnie and Alvina Ritter spent Saturday aight and Sunday with Frances Davisson. Mrs. Henry Hayes and children spent Sunday afternoon with Agnes Stward. daughter Glennie called on Crant Davisson and family Sunday even ing.

Mrs. J. C. Frazee and daughter was in our midst Monday evening. Mr. Golden is helping Grant Davisson work on his barn this week. Some one will »et the piano, every girl in Rensselaer . and Jasper county can try. It will be a dignified race. If you want your daughter to get a good piano for a small amount of money, get her to start in this contest.
