Telegraph Strike Is Off.

Striking telegraph operators in the large cities have about all returned to work, after a fruitless effort of thirteen weeks. They return at the old wage scale. Emerson Reeve has written to his father Than Reeve, from Ohicago, stating that he returned to work Thursday morning for the Postal Telegraph Go. Emerson was a prominent worker in the lost cause but he figures that the strike will have a lasting effect that will aid the operators in securing the advancement they bo well merit later on.
