Wants Damages from Squire.

Last July James Turner of Chalmers was arraigned before Justice F. M. Smith of that place and fined for drunkenness, the fine and costs amounting to $8.50. He was also committed to jail for two days. He now brings suit against the sqnire and his bondsmen lor SI,OCO damages for false imprisonment. His attorney is George Marvin, while the defense is represented by Reynolds & Sills. The case will come np for trail in the Circnit Court here Nov. 25th.
