Gertrnde Rhodes visited in Paxton, Illinois, the past week. J Mrs. Chas. Griffith and baby came Tuesday from Chicago. They will make their home here during the winter. Dr. E. Be>ser spent Saturday in Chicago. - _ Mr. D. S. GigDy was called to Chicago Saturday where Mrs. Gigley underwent an operation lor gall stones. Mr. and Mre. Hubert Cromwell visited in Chicago several days last week. Mr. and Mre Bert Hackley left Saturday for Eagle Lake, Texas, to spend the winter. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Rush moved , Thursday of last week to the house recently vacated by Mr. Bert Hackley and owned by Mr. Ada Dobbins. Mr. Cresse and danghrer Lanra returned home Wednesday from a ten days visit with friends at Sharpesville, Winfall and Elwood. Mre. Bridgman ot Rensselaer came Monday of last week to spend the winter with her daughter Mrs. Noah Dunn. Miss Jennie Dobbins of Delphi spend severals days last week visiting friends and relatives here. Sloan Dobbins and son Cash who have been in South Dakota and Montana for two months returned home Wednesday. Mre. Peter Mann visited friends in Chicago the past few days. A.|B. Coleman and family returned home last week. The climate of New Mexico, did not prove beneficial to Miss Bertha’s health. S Mr. George Detrick of Fair Oaks spent Sunday with relstives aud friguds here.
