Bryan Potatoes All Right.

Monticello Herald: Mr. George Cope ot Liberty township brought to this office last week-- some samples of a potato crop which he raised this season on a patch of groand 85 feet square and which yielded 32 bushels. They are called the “Bryau” potato, and as there is nothing hidebonud about our politics when it comes to eat- j ing, we tried the samples. In justice to the “great Commoner” j and to George’s skill as a potato grower it must be said that no finer übers ever reached the editors’s table. Less Bryan politics and more Bryan potatoes would be a great thing for White county next year.
