W. N. Pence Visits Rensselaer.
W. N. Pence, of Midland, Tex., left today after a few days spent in Rensselaer and vicinity in the in terest of Nelson Morris estate lands. He has been for the past month on the 550,000 acre ranch the Morris people have leased in the Standing Rock Indian the western side of the two Dakotas. At present thsy have 11,000 head of cattle there but they will shortly double the number. Their Texas ranch is for breeding purposes and the cattle are sent to the Dakotafor feeding and fattening, as they gain considerably* greater siz*there. There is no change ip. the business of the Nelson Morri.methods since his death but under the control of the administrator of the estate it goes ahead just the same.
