Notice is hereby given that upon petition i filed in said cause by the undersigned guardian |of said estate, setting up the insolvency of tha estate of said decedant to pay the debts | and liabilities thereof, the Judge of said 1 Court on the sth day of Oct. 1907, find said j said estate to be probably insolvent, and or- | dered the same to be settled accordingly.
