Starke, Porter, and Jasper Counties, State of Indiana, where the same intersects the line of survey made by the United States Department of Irrigation and Drainage Investigations in the year99o6, and from there 101-1 1 owing the line of said survey, and the general course of the Kankakee River,' in a southwesterly direction to a point in said river near - the east line of the northwest quarter of section fifteen US), township thirty two ija, north, range five (5 we*, on the line dividing Porter apd Jasper Counties, and near the crossing of the Chicago and Eastern Illinois Railrbad over the said Kankakee River, where the proposed drain will have a good and sufficient outlet in the proposed new channel of the Kankakee River petitioned for by Horace Marble etal, in the Jasper Circuit Couit, Jasper County, State of Indiana.
