Preacher Captures a Crook.
Altho he did not know it at the time, it developes that the Rev. Benjamin Nyce, of the First Presbyterian church at Muucie, who recently, with his automobile, ran down and captured single handed, the thief that had stolen his overcoat, turned over to the authorities a noted crook. The thief gave his name as Frank Miller but he was recognized by Jndge Lefler, of the circuit court, as Jack Hayes, who had been before his coart once be fore on a charge of burglary. Miller, or Hayes, received a peni tentiary sentence.
