May, have tiled in the office of the Auditor of jasper County, Indiana, with the Auditor thereof, my petition, and the same is now pending in toe Commit* sioneis t curt of said Jasper Cofcnty, Indiana, for the drainage of my real estate, described as follows: The southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section thiity-three [33] in township twenty-seven [27] north,- range six [6] west, in Jasper County, Indiana, to establish a ditch as follows: Commencing at a point about twenty feet west of the southeast corner of section thirty-two, in township twenty-seven north,, range - six in Jasper County, Indiana, and running from thence nojth along the west marginal line cf the public highway along the east section line of said section thirty-two, a distance of one hundred and eighty rods; thence east fortyfour rods; thence northeasterly two hundred rods, to a point which is sixty rods east of the east section line of section twenty-nine, in said township and range; thence west sixty rods to the east section line of said section twenty-nine; thence north r alopg the margin j of the public highway o.jtjhe east line of said section twenty-nine thirty rods or to a point which is forty rods south ol the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of said section twenty-nine, thence northerly and westerly across the nghf-01-uav St the Pittsburgh,Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis railway • and terminating at a point about sixty-eight rods east and forty rods south of the northwest corner of said section twenty-nine, terminating in a large and commodious open ditch now constructed from said last mentioned point to Carpenter* Creek. Said ditch, to.be. partly tile and partly open ditch as set foith in said petition. That real estate owned by each of the above named persons will be affected by said proposed ditch. That said petition and the required bond were tiled with the Auditor of Jasper county, Indiana, on September 30th. 1907. andthat said petition is docketed for heating on Tuesday, December 3rd, 1907. Notice is hereby given that upon petition filed in said cause by the undersigned guardian of said estate, setting up (he insolvency of tha estate of said decedant to pay the debts and liabilities thereof, the Judge 6f said Court on the sth day of Oct. 1907, find said said estate to be probably insolvent, and ordered the same to be settled accordingly. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of Rensselaer, Ind.. at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2sth day of October, 1907, passed and adopted a resolution for the establishment of an alley 12 feet wide thru the center of block 19 of the Original Plat of said City and notice is therefore given to all property owners in said Block 19 that the Common Council will meet on the 25th day of November 1907, at the Council Chamber in the Court House ai 7:30 o’clock p. m. at which time and place all persons whose property may be affected by the opening of said proposed alley may be heard as to the necessity for the same.
