Agree Upon “Safety” Paper.

A new “safety” paper has been agreed upon by the railroads for printing railroad tickets with a view of discouraging “scalpers.” The new paper was agreed upon at the meeting of the Association of General Passenger and Ticket Ageuts and is of two colors, to that erasures show in the differently colored paper. It is also treated chemically so that when acids are used for erasures it changes eolor.
