Improvement of Weston and Dayton Streets. a Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the city of Rensselaer, Indiana, will, on the 2d Day of November, 1907, At 7:3<>-n’tlock p m., at the council chamber in the courthouse, receive sealed bids for the construction of the Weston and Dayton street improvement, according to plans and specifications now on file in the City Clerk’s office. Bidders may fi’e their bids with the City Clerk up to 7:30 o’clock p. m. of said 2d day of November, 1907, and each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bond in a sum not less than two per cent of their bid.
