Frank X. Fitzpatrick, Boaton, the last of the men recently indicted in conneo tion with the lottery cases, was fined $5»000 in Mobile, Ala. Land Wlrelea* at Work. On Oct. 9 the Pacific Wireless Telagraph Company inaugurated its service between Milwaukee and Chicago and oosn - mercial messages are being accepted in both cities, the tariff being at the rat* of twenty-five words for 25 cents. It i* the intention of the company to establish stations at Indianapolis, Pittsburg, Wheeling and New York. Kansas City theater* ignored th* Bunday closing order of Judge Williams, and the matter will be carried to th* grand jury.
