Joseph P. YV illiams, former editor of the Red Man, the official organ of the fraternity in Indiana, and a highly respected business man, who on the 20th of' last July shot and killed his employe, Herman Pngh, was placed on trial in the circuit court at Muncie yesterday, and the impanelling of a jury was taken up. Williams was accompanied by his wife, and his attorneys include Walter L. Ball and A. E. Needham, former prosecuting attorney.
