Mrs. Roudebush Gets $8,OOO Judgment.
The superior court at Lafayette Monday gave a verdict of SB,OOO to Mrs. Atlanta Roudebush, whose husband was the motorman on one of the cars that was wrecked on the electric railway there on May 23, 1906, when the Grand Army encampmentwas in session in that city. The wreck occured near the soldiers’ home, and there were some eighty persons on the cars, many of whom were injured. It was in this wreck that Rev. Peter H. Owens, of Medaryville, was injured.
