NEW DIVORCE SUIT FILED

A suit for divorce was filed this morning by attorney Geo. A. Wil liams for Mrs. Feme Starr Guss, against her husband, William E. Guss. The complaint sets forth that they were married Nov.-28. 1903, and lived together until May 1, 1904, and that since that time she has resided with her parents in Rensselaer. She alleges that during the time they were living together he failed to make reasonable provision for her, failed to bay her necessary clothing, and she further alleges that the defendant was lazy and refused to work. The ftomplaint also asks the custody- of Genivieve, their little daughter* now throe years' Old, - and states that the whereabouts of the defendant is unknown. 1 The case will be tried at the November term of the Jasper circuit court
