Arbor Day.

F. A. Cotton, state superintendent of public instruction, has called the attention of teachers of the state to the celebration of Arbor Day on October 25, and Mr. Cotton believes that the day should be observed in all of the schools of the state. As far as he knows the custom is adhered to strictly by Indiana teachers.
