Taking Pride In Improvement.

A. J. Abbott, Lucius Strong and Nelson Handle were among the first property owners and residents on the new Division and Main street improvement, to get the dirt leveled within the cement enrbing and the grass 6eed sown. The resalt is that the block they reside on is rather the best looking one be tween the depot and Washington street, and the grass has already sprun »thru the ground and will be in fine shape in the spring. Other property owners all along the line of the improvement are also getting their curb parking into shape aDd it will be a fine boulevard by next year. No rock has been hauled on the street yet an<} probably will not be for a week or two. An additional big sewer pipe is being placed on top of the insufficient Make-'em self sewer in an effort to carry off the snrplns water duriDg the heavy spring rains.
