Notice of Resolution for Improve ment of Weston and Dayton Streets. Notice ii hereby given that the Commoi Council of the City of Rensselaer. Indiana at a regular meeting held on the 23d day q September, 1907-, passed a resolution for thi improvement of Weston and Dayton Street in said city, as follows towit: Weston Stree from the intersection of ssid Weston Stree with Harrison Street northerly to the north erly end of Weston Street where the sami connects with Dayton Street, and Daytoi Street from the south end of Dayton Stree where the same connects with Weston Stree north to the intersection of Dayton Stree with Elm Street. Said improvement to b made of stone macadam thirty feet wide will cement curbs on either side thereof.
