An Italian priest who was well known for his missionary work among the I’assamaquoddy Indians in eastern Maine was once urged b?_A voting lady of his congregation at Eastport to have a “mission” there to rouse some of the lethargic members of the church, whose spiritual condition, she earnestly de dared, was really deplorable. “No, no!” lie replied. “I do not approve of missions.
