George Ade of Kentland Pays Rensselaer a Visit.

George Ade was over from his home in Newton county for a short time Wednesday, coming with his brothers Will and Joe and Mr. Chandler, of Kentland, and while here he poked bis heal inside THE Republican office for a minnte or two. This celebrated and successful humorist and play-wright is a man apparently about 40 years old, tall and rather slim, but deep chested, with a slight 6toop in his shoulders like he had-* bent over the bandies of a plow a good deal in his growing years. He is a modeet and unassuming but genial demeanor, and wHh a bead-piece on him that looks like it had plenty of room for brains, but yst with no vacant rooms to let. The party came over in Ade’s fine big auto.
