The State Board of Tax Commissioners will lend its moral and legal support to the counties of the state in collecting delinquent taxes and is sending letters to county treasurers notifying them that the at-torney-general has given it as his opinion that the board can (legally do this. County treasurers are asked to furnish a list of delinquent and the amounts due.
