A New Divorce Case.

The new divorce cases in the circuit court generally come in as fast as the old ones move out, and sometimes a little fastei. The latest of these new cases is that ot Mrs* Gladie Grace Campbell, which is really a rather romantic name to ornament a divorce complaint with and she wants a divorce from William Newton Crmpbell, whose name is as stately and high-sound-ing as his unwilling wife’s is romantic. They were married at Rensselaer on Jan. 20, 1900, when he plaintiff was only 16 years old, and lived together until August 1906, Then they separated and have not lived together since. Failure to provide is the chief grounds upon which the divorce is asked for. How little the husband did for his wife’s support is illustrated by the statement that during their entire married life of nearly seven years, he furnished her in all with only $2.05 worth of clothing. It is alleged that he is a strong ablebodied man well able to work but that he spent all his earnings in the saloons. She asks for a divorce and the restoration of her maiden name, Gladie Grace Rich mond.
