Shooting Tournament Scores.
The second annual tournament of trap shooters conducted by Everett Brown did not attract a very large crowd, coming in conflict with similar events at other places. But what it lacked in attendance was made up in interest and the rivalry was quite intense and some good scores made. The following are the totals made for the eleven events, comprising 200 targets’: Young 193 Brockhaus 158 Rail 185 Herbert 1 16 Hickman 159 Stauber 184 Hanger 166 <? Peck 176 Brown 190 Park 169 Brown broke 99 out of the first hundred and then lost 6 out of the next 20. In the handicap, 25 targets for a beautiful new gun, there were only six competed, and Rail, oi Blue Island, Hl., won the gun by a perfect score, from the 20 yard distance. Young at 21 made 21 and Brown at the same distance made 23, Stauber at 19 made 23, Peck at 18 made 24 and Brockhaus at 16 made 21.
