Some Interstate Reforms Needed.
A man wanted to go .from Keokuk, lowa, to Logansport IndHad he bought a ticket clear it would have cost him $4.90, but by buying a ticket to Effner and another there for Logansport he saved 81.50. What President Roosevelt seeks is a national law that will prevent such overcharges as this and similar things in which the railroad companies take advantage of'interstate privileges. Some people call this undue <entra’ization and so on, but we don’t believe the majority of the people are going to loose much sleep over that sort of bugbear.
