Death of Theodore Hurley.

Word came here Saturday that Theodore Hurley had died some days belore at the National Soldiers’ Home at Marion, where he had gone in very poor health only a few weeks before. Owing to the suspension of telegraphic facilities the word did not reach here until after his funeral had been held at Marion. He was a soldier of the civil war, was about 70 years old, and had been married four times, the last time being of May lit of this year to Mrs. Sarah Cavinder, who survives him. He leaves a number of children, including two quite young, and as he leaves no estate it is understood that they will be sent to the soldiers orphans’ home at Knightstown. He lived at Blackford a great many years, keeping a general store there.
