Circuit Court Notes.

Judgment entered against W. C. Huston for costs in the ease he instituted to remove Geo. L. Parks from trustee of Milroy tp. Costs will amount to about SIOO. Leona V. Taber was granted a decree of divorce from Albert P. Taber and was given the custody of their child. State vs John McCoy, charge of criminal assault, defendant plead not guilty and asked for counsel. Court appointed A. Halleck, and trial was set for Sept. 16th. State vs Win. W. Ballinger, the Kniman saloon keeper, case set for hearing Sept. 30th. The petition of Mrs. Jessie Makeever Grant to have her maiden name of Jessie Makeever restored was granted. John McCoy, charged with attempted criminal assault, was hailed into court and his trial set for next Monday, Sept. 16th.
