tic Little Bern Bakery and Confectionery Cl ME used to be tha-t every dealer made his own Ice Cream. Of recent years almost all dealers have had it shipped in to them, and they are igriorant of the ingredients used and the methods of its manufacture. Crestm is cheaper in the small town than it is in the cjty, and it is therefore more expensive to manufacture in the city, and add to this the manufacturer's profit and express charges, and If the Ice cream is sold at the same price the local manufacturer sells it for, there is a cheapening of the ingredients. The “Little Gem" uses pure cream, separatee by local dairyrhen-+you know the product is pure and free from the cheapening processes employed by the manufacturers in the big cities: Our gasoline engine makes it possible to freeze ten gallons of cream in eight minutes. Orders delivered to any part of the city Try it and you will agree that the Little Gem Ice Cream is the best ever sold in Rensselaer. A” large room with every appointment for the retail trade. Mali.
