Mary J. McCoy’s Will is Filed.

The will of the late Mary J. McCoy has been filed in the Tippecanoe county circuit court at Lafayette, and George P. Haywood, who was the leading attorney for the McCoys when they were on trial at Monticello, has qualified as admistrator by filing a bond in the sum of $17,000. Th° will directs that all the decedent’s property, real and personal, shall go into the hands of Mrs. Mattie M. Rinehart, of Qaeen City, Mo., a daughter in trust for Alfred McCoy, husband of the decedent. His needs are to be supplied, but none of the money is to be used in business. At his de th the estate decends to Mrs. Rinehart and Thomas J. McCoy. The will was drawn up last April and was wit nessed by Mrs. Haywood and William O. Mitchell. .
