Serious Runaway At Remington.

Dell Gray, the Remington ic* dealer, was badly injured in a runaway accident Monday. His family had been camping at Fountain Park during the session there and on Monday they were moving back to town. He bad hay ladders on his wagon and all their camping fnrniture was on the wagon, and Mr. and Mrs. Gray and tbeir three children and a girl named Carrie Detrick who makes her home with them were all on the wagon. Mrs. Gray driving and Mr. Gray on the rear end of the wagon. When the McLanghlin hill this side of Remington was reached the horses began to rnn and Mr. G«I J undertook to climb over the wagon to get to the lines bat he fell off and one of his legs canght in a wheel and he was tamed over a time or two before he got loose. Both bones of one of his legs were broken and the large bone forced thru the calf of the, leg making an exceedingly compound fracture.

Mrs. Gray was also thrown front the wagon and struck the gravel with her face, sustaining some bruises. The Detrick girl was also thrown from the jvagon bnt was able to walk home, fainting, however after she reached Ihere and not regaining consciousness for several hoars. Mr. Cray’s injury was a very serioas one and will lay him np for many weeks.
